Grand Old Parr 12 year is a solid blended whisky. On the nose, we detect some subtle whiffs of peat with orange, raisins (most likely sherry), and soft vanilla. On the palate, the sweetness of the grain comes in to play nicely with the darker richer notes of raisins, orange.
